101 West 80th |
Our team designed and managed a complete exterior restoration of this converted residential building located within the Upper West Side/Central Park West Historic District. The project included facade repairs: new brick; concrete stabilization; limestone, terra cotta, and granite restoration; and power washing. At the roof, the parapets and the bulkhead were partially rebuilt. A new SBS insulated roof system was installed and a severely deteriorated sheet metal cornice was replaced with a new FRP cornice. |
