| Located along a reactivated stretch of Fulton Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Albany Apartments is a new 50-unit, 85,000 sf building in Brooklyn that we completed after we took over management of the project during design. Eight floors of affordable and market-rate apartments are situated above two floors of community facility space. The building’s amenities include below grade parking, a fitness center and recreation lounge, as well as a communal outdoor terrace with unobstructed skyline views. |
