| After we took over the project from another firm, we completed a LEED Silver-certified building with 115 mixed-income condominiums occupying an entire city block between 131st and 132nd Street in Harlem. There is retail space along Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard with a separate entrance for the Williams Institutional of Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. The project features an on-site co-generation plant along with numerous other sustainable green elements. |
