Carroll Gardens Brownstone II |
In our second project within the Carroll Gardens Historic District, we completely transformed a 19th-century brownstone. We refurbished the living areas, designing custom millwork and adding lighting to illuminate the client's beautiful art collection. The new kitchen was finished with honed Bohemian Grey countertops and quartersawn white oak cabinetry with a hand-rubbed walnut stain. We added reclaimed oak flooring in herringbone and plank patterns. The main bathroom features Assuan Brown floor tiles and Tundra Grey stone wall panels accentuated with cubic gold tiles. The rear yard extension, which encompasses a terrace adjoining the main bedroom, was clad with honed bluestone panels and ipé. |
