Forest Hills Housing Development and Synagogue |
| The Reform Temple of Forest Hills asked Loci to evaluate zoning options for the development of their property to help them secure the congregation’s financial future. We introduced them to a Queens-based developer and generated design schemes while working with the Department of City Planning to upzone the property. The city approved the rezoning in early 2023. The 153-unit project will conform to Mandatory Inclusionary Housing requirements and include a new synagogue designed by Loci. |
