Harlem Riverfront Mixed-Use Development |
| Our proposal for this mixed-use development integrates with the Lower Grand Concourse Masterplan. It is one of the first steps toward realizing the shared vision for the development of the Bronx through the creation of new parks, recreational opportunities, and business activities along the former industrial waterfront. Through the provision of residential units, commercial space, and public amenities connecting to local infrastructure, the project is a catalyst toward the revitalization of the area, creating a diverse live/work community along the Harlem River. |
